Roasted Mojo Pork:
Preheat the oven to 350F. Remove Pork from packaging and transfer to an oven safe dish. Add 1 cup of broth or water to the bottom of the pan. Cook with a foil tent for 40 min and uncover and cook for an additional 15 min. If more cooking time is required, do 15min intervals until heated through.

Seasoned Cuban Rice:

Heat a medium to large sauce pot (that has a lid) on medium to medium high heat. Add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil of choice(not provided). Once hot, empty the contents of the bag and stir to coat with the hot oil. Continue to stir and toast your rice for about 3-4 minutes, or until all rice grains are hot to the touch. Make sure to stir frequently, so not to burn any rice. Add 6 cups of water, stir and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to low, to bring the water to a light simmer. Cover, and let cook on low heat for 20 minutes. Make sure not to stir or remove the cover. After the 20 minutes take off of the heat. Remove the lid and take out the bay leaf and the black peppercorns from the top. Fluff the rice with a spoon or plastic spatula, and replace the lid and let sit for five minutes. Finally, remove the lid and add the whole butter and fold into the rice gently(optional). Serve and enjoy!

Guava Oat Cookies:

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Remove cookies from the freezer and place on a sheet tray lined with parchment paper, cooking spray, butter or a non stick silicone baking mat(for best result). Make sure to space out the cookies by 4 inches. Place in preheated oven and cook for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown. Remove and let cool (if you are not using a silicone mat, make sure to transfer cookies to a wire rack or plate to cook while the cookies are still warm. This will prevent the guava from sticking to the tray).
